Few lbs Shifted

Good news I have shifted a few lbs with my detox :-) im chuffed to bits. I feel like this is the kick start that I needed and im now determined that more lbs are to follow!

As it was Sunday yesterday we went to a beach in Swansea and walked for miles so I feel this will have done some good as well. However this might have been counter balanced by the slightly unhealthy picnic we had, but hey ho, you have to live as well I figure and it was a fun day out. We took our 2 dogs and they were so funny in the water!

    whats this I barely read about a diet?
    I hate ladys that say bad werds :p
    eat healthy exersize blah blah
    you know that, Personally I like juicing most times the veggies taste like dirt, probably cus Im too lazy to wash them first :)
    as long as your happy, thats important. if youre not, just drink more :D

    to answer the question you asked in the american vs brit tread, so i don't spam that, I came here to answer you.
    Yes, mostly in cities and places with a distinct population. The small town type cinemas, behave better. I also left My responce to the brits Q on thier comments :D

    hehe thanks Johnz - I still find it so mad to think of things like that going on in cinemas in the US! American's rock :-) gotta love the way they arn't afraid to express themselves, maybe it's why they make such good bloggers!?

    well now, we diet on bbq and beer in these here parts, but little lady you just eat what you want, it's the worry of it all, thats the baddest, so damn it all, have a good time, even with the diet.
    an thats all i gonna say on dietin.

    Thanks Bob :-) diet (sorry about the nasty word) is still going well, i've switched over to weighing in kg's now though, I figure that might mean more to us Brits and you American's out there? Hopefully anyway :-) xx
